Highlights from the interview with Sophie:
Sophie shares about privilege and that if you have it, you get to share it. And it's like dominos. You still get to keep your privilege but you still get to give it away.

Sophie also mentioned being able to make an impact in the Oklahoma Correctional Facilities.  She said that when she is able to serve those in crisis, she comes out understanding a lot more. She said, "We need to be able to understands people's experiences in order to lead well".

Where's the challenge for me as a leader right now? Is there a competency or credibility gap in me right now? You can always work on competency and skills, but integrity is very hard to win back. So what would it take to have more integrity.

Sophie was transformed and liberated to be herself. She became activated by knowing her superpowers and now she is able to multiply. So, go do something. There's a journey and a process. Start!
