Sophie Preston has worked in the public sector her entire career and has much to say about her responsibility to lead well and how she shows up as healthy as possible to make sure she empowers those around her.

Sophie shares about privilege and that if you have it, you get to share it. And it's like dominos. You still get to keep your privilege but you still get to give it away.
Sophie also mentioned being able to make an impact in the Oklahoma Correctional Facilities. She said that when she is able to serve those in crisis, she comes out understanding a lot more. She said, "We need to be able to understands people's experiences in order to lead well".
